Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Window

You have 100 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@mundobeam.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return label or cover the return shipping cost.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund on your statement.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used, assembled, or modified
  • Items without original packaging
  • Items returned after the 100-day return window

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company first — processing times can vary. If the issue persists, contact us at support@mundobeam.com and we'll look into it.
