6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

In accordance with European consumer protection law, EU customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing a reason. To exercise this right, please notify us at support@mundobeam.com with a clear statement of your decision. You must return the product within 14 days of your withdrawal notification. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on mundobeam.com — including text, images, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of MundoBeam / JD Services and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

MundoBeam shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product(s) in question.
